Adrian: This is a solid performance. In a few places you drop your voice and sound like you're mumbling, and you don't go into a whole lot of detail in the second half. But you present yourself in an articulate way--you're great at stringing together interesting sentences--and this would impress any interviewer. The focus of this second 1/2 (diversity of ideas) is a neat idea, and I wish you had been able to include more details (examples?) about this. It's a great selling point. Use it for an actual interview!
